Each day, several thousand mixed cargo shipments are delivered via the Galliker network to destinations across Switzerland. Goods are transported overnight by rail from the central platforms of Altishofen and Däniken to branch operations in peripheral areas of the region, where they are then further distributed using vehicles specially adapted to the local conditions. IT-assisted planning ensures on-schedule delivery of the shipments.
