The CarroLack Academy offers our apprentices a practical environment in which they can fully develop their technical, practical and creative skills. There is a particular focus on the principle of ‘learning by teaching’ – apprentices in their later years of training support their colleagues as they take on new tasks, sharing practical experience and thereby consolidating their own expertise.
New apprentices are carefully introduced to the Academy at the beginning. This includes a tour of the work areas, familiarization with the processes, materials and tools and an introduction to the team. In this way, apprentices are integrated into the work processes right from the start and become familiar with the Academy's organization and structure.

One of the highlights of the CarroLack Academy is the personalised and practical preparation for the qualification process (QV). Apprentices receive weekly feedback, discuss the course material and inter-company courses, and are specifically prepared for exams. At the same time, the Academy fosters a sense of responsibility and team spirit by enabling apprentices in higher years of their apprenticeship to pass on their knowledge and practical experience to their colleagues and support them in their professional development.
Through the combination of creative techniques, precision craftsmanship and practical repair and painting work, apprentices acquire a comprehensive understanding of all vehicle preparation and body repair processes. As a result, they are ideally equipped to make vehicles shine in all their glory.
