Focusing on people - that was the motto of the Galliker Academy World 's presence at this year's ZEBI education fair in Central Switzerland. The absolute highlight of the trade fair appearance: the outdoor course, where around 450 enthusiastic young people took advantage of the unique opportunity to drive a real truck. The specially designed driving school vehicle - a truck that functioned as a mobile exhibition stand - made it possible to interactively discover the 17 training professions at Galliker Academy World. The six different Academy areas, the Driver, Transport, Logistics, Technical, Business and IT Academy, were thus shown to their best advantage. The wheel of fortune also gave young people the chance to win Galliker giveaways, which also contributed to the positive atmosphere at the stand.

Still great interest in skilled trades

Paolo Studer, Head of the Galliker Academy, draws a positive conclusion: "ZEBI 2024 showed us that young people are still interested in skilled trades and, in particular, in professions related to road transport. With our course and the interactive exhibition stand, we managed to make the professions tangible - we were able to introduce many young people to the fascination and career opportunities in the transport and logistics industry."
