Volvo Tuve-Train in Altishofen
Volvo Trucks hand over at its headquarters in Gothenburg their Tuve Train to Galliker as a gift to the 100-year company history of Galliker. The present is a sign of the long-standing cooperation between Galliker and Volvo Trucks, which dates back to the early 1970s and has continued to evolve since then.
The Tuve-Train was loaded at the beginning of this week on two international Galliker Megatrailers in Gothenburg and transported to Altishofen in Switzerland. Soon, the Tuve-Train will be in use in the Galliker colors for company tours at the headquarters in Altishofen.
For years, the Tuve-Train has been used for factory tours at Volvo Trucks in Tuve. With the opening of the new Volvo Trucks Customer Center in Gothenburg at the beginning of July 2019, the current Tuve-Train was replaced with a state-of-the-art model.
